Therapy for My Soul

Sheena Tomlinson has written poetry for many years and recently made the decision to publish her first book in memory of her father who passed away in 2020. Her poetry reflects her personal life experiences, as well as those of her friends and everyday situations. She believes her earlier poems were not as polished as they are now, however, she has left some of them in the book to show her growth as a writer.
