When his family sold their insurance organization, it meant choosing a new path in life, one at first with no clear direction.
Jofi’s time to himself, and with his wife and children, exploring new opportunities, gave him the chance to better understand his inner desires, long suppressed while on auto-pilot working with the family company. Jofi was able to examine his life’s goals and the various choices he now had in front of him. Most of all, Jofi Baldrich was able to reframe his way of looking at life, finding a way to balance work, personal happiness and time with his wife and children.
Through taking new classes, going on retreats, and learning to understand and empathize with how others saw themselves and their own fears and desires, Jofi was able to become an Integral Coach®, re-centering his own world. In recent years, Jofi has gone on to teach others what he learned, helping them to rebalance their lives.
Many of Jofi’s old friends worried about his new choices in life, unfamiliar with the world of coaching. But Jofi learned his true calling. Life is not simply a rat race, trying to achieve the next goal, the next raise, or the next corner office with a view.
Jofi followed his own inner compass, finding happiness all the while exploring his own passions. Every person’s path will be different, but in this book, Jofi shows you how he found happiness, coming to terms with all he learned in life about the relationships with money, family, and work.
Jofi’s special happiness and newly centered life is something all of us can achieve, by better understanding how we feel inside of ourselves. You might be so moved as to want to become an Integral Coach® yourself!
