I really liked this. Recipes are easy to make with many healthy ingredients. You could adapt any to cook without a pressure cooker. Many photos are included and look delicious. Several recipes would be good to serve to non-vegans as well. I can’t wait to try some jackfruit tacos!
I wanted to read this cookbook because I am trying a vegan diet and I hoped to find some great recipes. I didn’t find any new recipes that I liked in this book, but a true vegan might. Some of the recipes I was already familiar with but it was helpful to see it for the instant pot. I received this galley from NetGalley.
