I love this book. My grandmother is Jewish and I loved everything that she used to cook. This is as close as I have ever come to recreating her dishes. This book is highly recommended. I also recommend my other favorite book this year called Conquer Your Kitchen from Chef Jai Scovers. Great book and a must have in any kitchen.
