Adolescents Emotions is a book of poetry that is meant to make teenagers feel less alone. There are many emotions teenagers go through and there is a poem for most of them. Things like anxiety, being unnoticed and suicide are all common things in normal teenagers lives and this book tells them that they are not alone. That there are many people just like them.
