Wally Webb and his wife, Shannon, are owners of Tangled Web Solutions (TWS) in Tucson, AZ. In Chicago Ablaze, they are called by Wally's Uncle Rob in Buffalo Grove, IL to help him find and arrest the Outfit Mafia Thug who burned down one of his bookstores, Bargain Books, in Oakbrook, another suburb of Chicago.
