DANCE RIO RICO: One last dance for Al Capone

The Texas rancher, Theron Slay, blows up the Río Grande River to take water from the Mexican rancher, Pedro Cortéz that he hates. The river change creates a new border and cuts off part of Texas. Lost in this 'no man's land' is the town of Río Rico and it's residents who lose their Texas and U.S. citizenship. Gangster Al Capone finds and buys the small dusty lost town to escape the Feds and befriends a beautiful prima ballerina. He builds a new grand theater for her and a Catholic Cathedral...
