Chapter One
Virtues of the Heart
AND IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS THE WORD THE WORD WAS TRUTH
LIGHT, LOVE, PEACE, HOPE, COMPASSION, FORGIVENESS, HUMILITY, KINDNESS
TO BE CULTIVATED AND EXPLORED IN depth. To learn lessons in each one and to grow fully in balance and right heart.
Many lessons are presented here, over and over, until you understand their meaning and act according to your truth. It may take a lifetime to realize the importance of these foundational laws of the heart, for without these in place, you do not find your truest desires. When you pass the test of the virtue, another will be presented sequentially, in chronological order. The universe delivers the lesson plans in divine order for your individual growth. These are the true tests of the intentions of the heart.
In time, these truths will make your heart loving and pure. You will want to share with others the beauty of the love and peace you feel. You will never turn back, to the less fulfilling place you were before the lesson arrived. Many of you choose not to learn it so easily and make your lessons much more difficult than they were originally designed to be. You dodge around, go in circles, fret and complain, all the way through the lesson.
Had you trusted that this was necessary for your growth and that you had help, perhaps you may have come through it with more grace and faith. Each lesson is specifically designed only for you and no one else. Understand this. Other souls can only help and guide you. Ultimately, you have to want to move forward and learn the lessons of the heart.
Peace, patience and trust are necessary elemental truths here. For those of you who miss the mark, this scenario will replay over and over again for years to come in many different ways; but with the same underlying message to be learned. Regrettably, quite a few of you are still working on the basic ones.
When you pass the lesson, the next truth of the heart is worth the while. Each new lesson begins to develop your heart into a true, compassionate human being who only thinks of others first and of their wellbeing. You live for giving and see beauty in everyone, everything and wish others could feel what you feel inside. You try to explain and show them. You stop at no ends to help others heal and feel the peace and love.
THE TREASURES OF THE TRUE HEART
This is truly a life long process of growing, adjusting and changing. For the more enlightened you become, the larger the expansion of love and light is capable of. There is no end or limit to what you can attain. Go for it all. I wish you the best.
There are no coincidences in life. Everything that comes your way is in the world to show you something, to guide you, to teach you. There are many messages for each and every one of you. This is how we work with you from the other side of the veil. Be open and listen to all words, as they usually contain tailored messages for you to help and guide you through your challenging lesson. Be thankful for the individual role players. They may hurt you, but know they are acting in accordance to God's will. All of it is necessary for the lesson scenario to play itself out. Do not blame others. Go inside and be thankful for the lesson, the people in your life and learn, evolve and grow from this. You can now move forward and perhaps share and teach others what you have learned.
THE LESSONS OF THE HEART
Most of these times are painful and a sense of abandonment and hopelessness feels overwhelming. Know this is necessary for your soul's growth. For it is here, that you feel and learn compassion for everything and everyone I created. When you walk the Earth, become a beacon of light, so others may follow in your steps. Lead by example, with humility and grace.
Never judge others on their path in their challenging times. You have all gone through, or will go through, the same lessons. Offer love and support, an ear to listen. Encourage the individual to pray or meditate on this situation that they may find their truths. All answers are found in the heart. Please stop and listen to your silence. Find your peace and listen to the wisdom inside of you. These thoughts help your heart heal and grow.
Many times you look outside yourself and in every direction but in mine. How has this happened? Don't let others steer you away from the truth. Make sure the suggestion or advice feels right in your heart, or don't take their ideas. They do not know what is best for you. You and I know what we need to do and what we need to work on. Find a place of trust and call on me for love and gentle guidance. I promised you we would do this together, every time, every way.
Don't mistake my word, as it is always out of pure love. If it doesn't sound like my voice of love, it probably isn't. Trust your feeling in the heart and ask if this message or information is for your highest good. This wisdom and knowingness is available all the time for you to rely on. Please ask when you are uncertain, unclear, lost or in despair. Always listen to the loving whisper of the heart when you need a helping hand. Call on this source of intuition for every task you may perform. Whether it's your gardening suggestions or career and relationship advice, we always nudge you in the right direction for your highest good.
When obstacles present themselves, as they always do, trust the process; two possible outcomes will manifest. Either direction will prove to be the way for you. Trust and know that if doors are closed or obstacles are present, these are all for a definite reason. We may be trying to nudge you in a different direction to keep you on path on your life chart. Embrace and accept all this, as everything happens for a reason. If it's a small obstacle, this may be just to see what you are made of. Don't give in when the "junk" comes your way, persevere. Have persistence and patience if you desire it deeply. It's for your own good. Don't give up or let go of your dream.
Nothing comes that easily, or everyone would be doing it. Hold your intentions dear to your heart and trust life's processes. Understand that there is an immaculate divine order of time and space for circumstances to manifest. Patience is one of the lessons here. In your time of quick fixes and instant empty gratifications, this makes you all a little antsy. Patience my child, if it is a true desire for all concerned, trust and have faith that the universe will deliver.
HUMILITY IS HUMBLING OF THE HEART
Many misfortunes occur in order to get this lesson right. Some of you at the top have yet to learn this. Others have suffered great losses to learn and feel this lesson of the heart. Look around and see that abundance has a delicate balance. When you are gracious and deeply appreciate all that you have, show gratitude to me, the universe and all my creation. Surely a few of you could feed and save some of our precious animals. You have disrupted the delicate balance of nature and their sustainable needs have been altered. Intervene and make time to investigate the source of the trouble. Offer solutions to restore the Earth and all its creations. This would be a great use of your time since you are not crying for much.
Know that I allowed this lesson of material wealth to come to you, to see if you would give some away. When was it ever going to be enough? Wake up and look around. Take a trip to the other side of town. Leave your flashy car behind and see what it feels like just to survive. These individuals wake up every morning and pray. They are grateful just to be alive, with the gift of life. They hope all their worldly needs are met, just for one more day. Then they ask if I could bless their neighbors as well, most humbling. This fills my heart.
It's sad to see the less fortunate. They don't ask for much at all. They're happy to be alive. They see the world with hope and beauty. They treasure the Earth and cherish all its creations. They preserve nature and cultivate its growth as they walk the Earth. They kiss the ground in humility and smile along the way. They only wish to feel my love more deeply in their souls. They stretch their dollar and find the value. They are not wasteful with their food and clothing. They respect all that is given to them. These souls love to give and share their last piece of bread and stitch of clothing. Surely we could all lend our old possessions to a dear soul. You may even feel the love in your heart, as you feel theirs and mine, in receiving this gift.
Love is contagious. Open your wallets and your hearts. You are too caught up in stuff. Money can't buy love and you miss a valuable lesson here. Most of the less fortunate have mastered this lesson. They only seek respect and dignity. They walk and share the Earth with you. Their hearts and souls have value. When you see that you are all equal, you will not judge. Hopefully you will invite them to share your blessings and prosperity. Show them love and give them hope. Show them the way and give them a chance, for they all didn't end up on the street, or poor, of their own accord. They too, are learning the lessons of life.
DIVERSITY
Diversity of people sharing the planet should be embraced. How wonderful it is to experience cultures so far away from home. Each has something to share with us, offering their values and roots that they individually call heritage. You are truly blessed with the blend of cultures. From this, you all learn and see what others hold true to their hearts. Why not focus on the similarities? There is too much emphasis on the differences and not enough on what you all have in common.
Every one shares the same heart and is on the same path. You have the same desires of the heart: to give and feel love, to feel accepted and to find peace and joy. You are all of the same mold, just different shapes, sizes and colors. Some round, some more sharp; while others may have rough edges. A few may be displaced or lost. Don't look at appearances and judge. Take their hand and show them the way. You are all part of the whole, trying to feel complete and find your place on Earth and in the universe.
Make time for everyone. Stop shutting your doors in everyone else's face because they don't look and act like you. Maybe, just maybe, they could show you a few things. Perhaps, they have a message for you from me that can help you on your life path. All individuals have gifts and wisdom to share with us. Listen to their experiences, grow and unite. You are stronger as one.
TRUE COMPASSION OF THE HEART
Have compassion for life, have compassion for others; this is true compassion of the heart. Look through the eyes of others trying to overcome their life's challenges. Their eyes are the window to the soul. Do you feel their pain? Do you feel their heart and soul? Each one of us is here to work on ourselves. Know this to be true. You came down to learn lessons, some gentle, some not so easy. Every person is going through stuff. Your role is to nurture these souls. Show love and give of your time. Tell them to see and feel the light deep inside them and listen to their heart for the answers, so they, too, may heal and move forward on their path.
When you heal others, you heal everyone and everything on Earth and in the universe. What a wondrous time it will be when you have a pure heart and feel no pain, no loneliness, no helplessness, no regrets of the heart. Don't discard your loved ones for hurting you. Find it in your heart to forgive and feel compassion for their pain. Regret comes when you wait far too long to make amends with those that are closest to you in your lives. Give in and let it be you to forgive. Leave the past behind. Understand that maybe their lessons are not pleasant. Try to find this compassion in your heart for everyone in your world. You will heal. Pray that they may, in time, open their hearts and feel the love that is trying to fill their being.
Don't fight fire with fire; put it out. Listen to my voice. I am always sending this message to you to repair tarnished relationships. Stop ignoring my calls and pleas of the heart. You grow immensely when this lesson is learned. Don't poison your own heart. Only your heart dies in the process.
GRATITUDE
Show gratitude for every meal, blade of grass, beautiful sunset, warm breeze and every snowflake. Nature is in a state of gratitude. I provide all its needs impeccably: sun, rain, soil, temperatures. The fertile environment is always abundantly stocked for manifestation of beauty, love and dreams. When you cherish and appreciate all simple and complex elements that sustain life and the planet, surely you can come to realize that with one missing ingredient, there is no life. How would you live without air, sun, soil or water? Yet, you do take these miracles for granted. Don't overlook the basics. Mother Earth and all her beauty is for your use. Everywhere you go, give thanks and keep it intact. It is always there for you. Respect and give back. Be in a state of thankfulness for the beauty of your earthly home environment so you can create your wildest dreams upon it. Dare to try it all and give thanks for your temporary home.
Be grateful for the food it provides from the Earth. These are all life-sustaining, high vibrational foods when they are in their natural state. Do your best to ensure that this resource is not altered irreversibly. It requires a delicate balance to meet all your needs.
BE THANKFUL FOR THOSE YOU ENCOUNTER ON YOUR TRAVELS
The grandeur of it all, the fascinating geography and wonders of the world: many places you gravitate to hold sacred energies of the universal love. Take these into your being and give thanks that they exist. See other people living on the other side of the world from you, far away in space but not so far in time. Be thankful for the beauty in your hearts and of all creation. Make time. Traveling is not just for all-inclusive partying. Go make a difference and discover the world.
KINDNESS, A SIMPLE ACT
What does it cost you, your time? It doesn't feel natural? You have been so conditioned to mind your own business that you are all becoming strangers, alienated from one another. Ok, you're busy with everyday stuff. Take a "time out". Two minutes perhaps. Go out of your way for someone. There really isn't enough of that going on. It doesn't seem to be a high priority to a lot of you. Hell, what is? Me, me, I, I.
Stop thinking about yourself so damn much and be kind and thoughtful. Just make it happen. Go inside your little heart and see if you can find some love to make a difference in someone else's world. Stop being so selfish, listen to yourselves: "I, I, I, I, I, I feel. I want, I need, I, I, I". Be mindful of this.
Ever notice you don't manifest much when it's a need and a want. Try doing something nice for someone else that you secretly desire from the heart and maybe, just maybe your needs will be fulfilled as well. Set the intention to make a loving difference in other's worlds and hope for the best possible outcomes for their personal situation. Genuinely care, pray and offer help that they may have their wishes and desires of the heart fulfilled. Offer love, ask me for guidance and we'll do it together. Surprisingly, the universe creates and manifests abundance in this fashion. Kindness truly goes a long way. Do it with your heart, be open to possibilities. Apply the spiritual principles.
FORGIVENESS
Without forgiveness there can be no peace, love, happiness and joy. This is a huge lesson for everyone. The horrific lessons associated with these acts of forgiveness are certainly never an easy time. Many of you spend a whole lifetime unable to forgive someone for a terrible thing they did to you. I agree these tragic and hurtful events were by no means easy. The pain you hold inside eats at you and your organs. You manifest physical states of dis-ease. That's how deeply it's lodged into your being.
