"The name says it all. People don't believe you deserve your powers because you're just a mishap, a freak of nature... an accident. It's up to you to prove them wrong and show them you can be a hero."
Nobody believes Gamma Accidents can be heroes: they can only be villains.
However, their view about this rare group of supers is about to change.
There's a super-villain secretly training young super-powered criminals in the middle of Hero High. The only way to find him is to create a team out of supers not yet enrolled in the school.
Join Jack, Bella, Ethan, Ty and Caleb as they start training at Hero High; face bullies and cliques; instantly become outcasts and learn what it means to be a hero... even when no one believes you could ever be one.
About the Author
I have loved writing from since I learned to hold a pencil. I came up with characters left right and centre and storylines have never stopped playing in my head. I am an 18-year-old home-school graduate born and mostly raised in South Africa but now living in Australia. I wrote Upbeats when I was 13 and submitted it in a national competition in 2012 for writers under 35. I have drafted a few more adventures of the Upbeats, Gamma Accidents and other similar novels which I intend to publish. I also enjoy playing acoustic guitar; dabbling in photography; sewing, drawing and painting; and exploring the woods around my house, where I base a lot of my stories in and around.
