This is the first of a two-part series. The novels are intended illustrate human nature by way of a suspenseful tale told through the lens of actual historical events and compelling real and fictional characters. The two books comprise multi-generational tales, illustrating the the very best and the worst of humans as they face war, violence, crime, political intrigues, spirituality, and the associated ongoing effects of those phenomena.
