When William fails his higher learning test and has no hope of ever escaping poverty he thinks all is lost, but then he receives a letter from A.S.T.A. (The Agency of Science and Technology Advancement). William jumps at the opportunity to be paid for something as simple as a government test. However, things are not quite what they seem.
