Off My Chest

The book Off My Chest is a poetry book that focuses on the importance of emotions and experiences. It's meant to encourage self expression and promote allowing oneself to feel whatever emotion needed without feeling ashamed. My hope is that my work can help others whether it be in relating to the written work, or inspiring them.
