I think it was the inviting photos of the dishes coupled with the healthy, exotic-sounding super foods that got my attention. After making my first recipe, Pomegranate-glazed Portabello Steaks over Lemony Spinach, I was hooked. As a world traveller for many years, the combination of new taste thrills and healthy eating, perfectly matches my lifestyle tastes. And now for an amazing bowl of Chipotle Chili with Avocado Sour Cream!

This is an extraordinary book in so many ways.  The recipes are delicious and "guilt-free" in terms of good health.  And the information about superfoods is invaluable.  Delightfully written and lavishly illustrated, the book is nothing short of coffee-table beautiful.  It is THE perfect gift for anyone who is a vegan...as well as anyone who is simply  interested in maintaining optimum health.
