This cookbook is Not based on American products ,weights or measures. Everything is in grams, and Ibelieve it was made for the Australian or New Zealand market. It refers to caster sugar, blood plums, and self raising flour for example. Do I own a 23cm flan tin? No, and I don't know of any place to buy this in the USA. I'm very displeased with thisbook.
