About the Author

Kristin Beck has spent years trying to channel her inner light toward powerful change within herself. She has overcome adversity, trauma bonds, self-doubt, destructive behavior, depression, anxiety and physical, emotional, and psychological abuses, only to come out on the other side with the ability to share her journey toward positive mental health. She spent more than four decades searching for her power that lifted her out of divorce, single-parenthood, poverty, and job loss, to creatively reinvent herself into a successful author and digital media entrepreneur.
She currently lives in California with her loving husband and children, who have been a source of comfort and pride for her. She shares her journey to redemption and the path she has taken to impart her wisdom and knowledge of breaking toxic cycles and inspires others to do the same. She is a survivor and wants to ensure that her books touch the heart of her readers, whom she hopes will follow in her footsteps and improve the quality of their lives.
