This book was an amazing read; It has enriched my life and my understanding of myself and others. I loved the very understandable and in depth way Howard presented the information, and how enjoyable it was to read. As a result of reading this book, I now perceive things differently, and this has empowered me with the information I need to keep growing and evolving my consciousness. It has increased my compassion towards myself and towards others. I would highly recommend it to those who seek better understanding of themselves, why they act as they do, why certain patterns happen to them, etc.
