I laughed, cried and went through the motions with the characters. Christine Pauls is a great author. Please tell me there will be a part two.
Terry Benjamin of NHouse Publishing In her debut novel, To Begin Again, Christine Pauls has written a novel that reads like a parable, fully developing a very timely theme: that it is never too late to start all over again. Through her brilliant use of her characters and the professional touch of artistry, Pauls has written a story that is heartfelt and compelling. There are also elements of mystery and suspense that make this a sure fire page turner. This is a woman's story, but because of all the characters touched by the protagonist Celeste Stanton on her journey to womanhood and responsibility, this is a story for everyone who wants to live to the fullest. Ultimately it is a story of triumph about the redemptive power of love and forgiveness. To Begin Again, is the first novel by Christine Pauls, but with this well written and compelling debut, readers will be asking for more from this talented writer.
