About the Author

Louisa Allan and Shuki Rosenboim are the co-owners of Melbourne’s Very Good Falafel, where they have been dishing up delicious falafel, pita, dips, pickles, and salads since 2016. Their beloved falafels have earned legendary status, due in part to the beautiful homegrown chickpeas supplied to the restaurant by Louisa’s father.
