Bill West Presidential Dreams

As this world turns many people are dreaming while they are sleeping:
as they rise the next day in their independent mind a wish lingers for some of those dreams to become a reality. Some may say the country that those dreams have a higher possibility of becoming a reality is the United States. I call them Presidential Dreams.
