About the Author

About The Author
Poul Anderson was a multiple award winner in science fiction and fantasy. Kelly Freas illustrated some of his most notable stories. The author and artist were friends who met at science fiction conventions, Apollo launches, and other events.

Their widows present this electronic version of a story by Anderson as it was originally published in the fifties, with the original Freas magazine cover and all four interior drawings.

Both Karen Anderson and Laura Freas can be met at events like the Annual Vintage Paperback Collectors Show, which takes place every spring in the San Fernando Valley.
