Stephanie Schnurr is an Associate Profession Applied Linguistics at the University of Warwick, UK. She is the author of Exploring Professional Communication: Language in Action (2013) and Leadership Discourse at Work: Interactions of Humor Gender and Workplace Culture (2009).

Olga Zayts is an Assistant Professor at the School of English, the University of Hong Kong. She is the author of Doing Discourse Analysis (in press).
