Preaching to the Core
Most books on preaching deal with style, technique or content but this book reaches to the core of the individual, to the heart of spirit to spirit proclamation. Here is an in depth analysis of what transpires from the heart of the Spirit to the hearts of the listeners in words that are “spirit and life.” (John 6:63)

This is an issue critical to the art of preaching, beyond the intellect alone, reaching to the innermost heart of the individual in God’s unique design. The result of this transformational proclamation of "spirit and life" results in a core change to the person triggering the reception of Life-changing Words.

Divine design is not only a topic of interest to preachers and pastors. Many people are interested in how mankind was specifically designed to comprehend just how the individual functions best, to the development of an “ordered personality.”

This work in book form began as a doctoral dissertaion which received the following comments:

“Once I started reading I did not want to put it down. You’ve hit on something both challenging and interesting”
Dr. Ray L. Parker, Trinity Theological Seminary

“One of the most extensively researched pieces I’ve read”
Rev David Klinsing, District Superintendent, Ohio Valley District of the C&MA

“You’ve hit on something outside the box that may have real value.”
Dr. Elbert E. Elliott, Trinity Theological Seminary

About the Author

I have an earned Doctorate in the Philosophy of Pastoral Ministry from Trinity Seminary and have been effectively preaching and counseling for over 30 years. I have served as Lead Pastor in churches and as a member of the Executive Committee in our Denomination for many years observing first hand God's transformation of individuals. I have seen again and again God's transformational power at work through the principles applied from this book, "Preaching to the Core."
