Manual of Atmokinesis: Applications, Experimentation, and Measurement
In this paper, Dr. Kelly address Atmokinesis: the psychical influence of meteorological phenomena including the states of the atmosphere as measured by temperature, humidity, clarity, and activity scales. In addition, she address popular misconceptions in regards to defying estimations of the expected value of variables, seasonal differences, prevailing winds or fronts, and mechanical and dynamical effects of which can lead to extreme weather condition. She address limitations of psychokinetic influence including the time between experient influence and excited weather outcomes, storm size limitations, chaotic systems and prediction limitations, and wind vs. flow. Dr. Kelly touches on commonly reported symptomatic effects in regards to experients of atmokinesis including spontaneous heating and cooling, effects of humidity on electronics, electrical sparking and tingling, excitation of natural disasters, and spontaneous lightening production. In addition, she address practical scientific career applications in regards to atmokinetic phenomena, and experimental applications and formation overviews including prevailing winds, temperature influence, humidity influence, cloud formation, fog formation, and precipitation via induced water condensation with suggestions on measurement techniques and devices. The paper includes an overview of the fundamental physics assumed involved in atmokinetic influence and six types of measurement sheets for scientific experimentation.
