Overview

Cooperation or War Your Choice is about the struggle we humans - Dual Entities - Body and Soul are having with each other, why we are having this struggle and what we can do to resolve the conflict.
After his Near Death Experience of standing across the operating room and watching the doctors revive him, Lance began a quest to figure out what was going on. The most obvious thing which had to be answered first was who the players were in the life/death drama were. If humans were both a Body/Brain and a Soul/Mind, then all four of these factors had to be separated and defined. If you believe you have a Soul, then where did it come from – God? And if there is a God, what is it and how does it function? What is the Body’s agenda? What is the Soul’s agenda? Where do the voices in our head come from? What is our memory? Why are some of the things we do automatic responses to stimuli? When we think, what is doing the thinking? If some of our thinking is “other worldly” is it coming from Spirits? If, as the Bible indicates, we are surrounded by Spirits who are here to assist us, how does that assistance present itself? If we want something, does praying to God really work?
What Lance discovered is, when you formulate your questions and requests correctly, you are answered by the Spirit Realm through the Mind of the Soul directly into the Brain. The Mind is the Spiritual “cellphone” of the Soul and it has a speed dial system connected to the Spirit Realm and the Akashic Record of all Knowledge, Universe Wide.
While on his quest to discover answers, he realized he was Channeling – not only his Soul but also another Entity which was writing through him. As his awareness expanded, he asked to know God, and was introduced to the concept of Universal Intelligence, Energy, Vibration and Creation.

The Body/Brain agenda is all about our physicality on the Earth plane of existence – Survival – food, clothing, shelter and sex (procreation) – that’s all it really cares about! From our survival instincts evolved our ego/vanity and from that came corruption,mostly based on greed. Our youthful playing made us want to have fun.
The Soul/Mind agenda is about our Spirituality on the Earth plane of existence - developing positive personality and character traits.
The Psyche is the Soul/Mind. Psychology was originally the study of the Soul/Mind’s influence of the Body/Brain.
The conflict between this human dual entity (body/Soul) is the Yin/Yang – positive vs, negative thing.
The Spirit Realm is available to assist us by communications through our Intuition – the wee-small-voice, if we’ll but listen.
The arguments going on in our Brain are between what the willful Body wants to do and what our conscience is suggesting, coming from the Soul and Spirit Real through the Mind.

During his talks, Lance has been asked many times, "Do you believe in God?"
He answers with a question, "Which one?"
If they come back with, "The God of Creation."
He responds, "Please describe Your God."
In most cases, they respond, "He is -"
Lance stops them with, "Stop, you just gave your God the attributes of humans when you started with 'he is'. My impression is She’s a black comedian and therefore I don't take anything going on here on Earth serious. My experiences with God have been anything but what I was taught to believe. God is a he, she, it, don't say that too fast, it'll really mess you up. My God is Universal Intelligence, the foundation of the underlying Non-Mass Field Energy that created everything using vibration/frequency/wave-form - the word - and it is manipulated by our thoughts. We are all emanations of God/UI and our thoughts are creative. We are all Manipulators of God/UI.”

He started SCUBA Diving in 1957, Became a SCBA Instructor in 1965, a SCUBA Instructor Trainer in 1983 and trained SCUBA Instructors for over 20 years, publishing 10 instructor manuals and two books for the Diving Industry.
